Abdul Rauff Hibathul Hakeem (born April 13, 1960), MP is a Sri Lankan politician. He is the National leader of the Sri Lanka Muslim Congress, a Member of Parliament and Cabinet Minister of Urban Development, Water Supply and Drainage. He was educated at Royal College Colombo. He is the Holder of LLB & Master of Law - LLM.Hakeem held different portfolio under United National Party and United People's Freedom Alliance governments.
