Reginald Joseph Hayward Jr. (born March 14, 1979) came from Thornridge high school and is a former American football player defensive end. He was drafted by the Denver Broncos in the third round of the 2001 NFL Draft. He played college football at Iowa State. He has also played for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
