Remote Control Records was established by Harvey Saward (Shock Records’ International A&R Manager for ten years) and Steve Cross (previously General Manager at Festival Mushroom Records (FMR)) in early 2001, with an intention to support under-represented music. As of October 2013, the company provides marketing services, promotional support and label management to a roster of international and Australian artists and labels.
