Robert "Rob" Rackstraw (born 31 October 1965 in Sunderland) is an English voice actor well known for his various voice-over roles in the popular television series Bob the Builder, mainly the scarecrow Spud. As of 2015 he joined the voice cast of Thomas & Friends voicing the characters of Toby in the UK, James in the US and Stanley and Flynn in both the UK and the US.
