SM Department Store Harrison is a stand-alone department store owned by SM Prime Holdings. Opened in 1984 adjacent to Harrison Plaza Shopping complex, it is the 5th branch of SM (originally as Shoemart) opened by Henry Sy, Sr..This classic branch of SM retained much of the original shopping concept of selling bags and shoes. Other than SM Department Store, SM Harrison doesn't have the typical anchor stores and tenants found in other SM classic stores and SM Supermalls.
