San Francisco is a third income class municipality in the province of [[{{safesubst:#property:P131}}|{{safesubst:#property:P131}}]], Philippines. According to the , it has a population of {{safesubst:#property:P1082}}.Almost all of San Francisco is located on Pacijan Island. A part of brgy Esperanza also includes Tulang Island a short distance north of Pacijan. Both the islands of Pacijan and Tulang are part of the Camotes Islands group.
