Santa Ana is a second class municipality in the province of Cagayan, Philippines. According to the 2010 census, it has a population of 30,458 people. The municipality is on the northeastern-most point of Luzon and includes Palaui Island as well.Santa Ana is the home of the Cagayan Special Economic Zone and the Naval Base Camilo Osias (Naval Operating Base San Vicente) in Barangay San Vicente.
