Sarup Chand Singla (born 13 April 1961) is an Indian politician and a businessman. He is currently the elected Member of Punjab Legislative Assembly from Bathinda Urban Constituency and the Chief Parliamentary Secretary. He belongs to Shiromani Alkali Dal (Badal) and was appointed as the junior vice-president of the party in 2014. Currently, he is also the president of the traders' wing of Shiromani Alkali Dal
