Sathupally is one of the major towns and Mandal headquarters in Khammam district in Telangana, India. It is so named because it is the combination of seven (saath) villages. It is also a constituency of the Telangana Legislative Assembly.The town is 95 kilometres (59 mi) from Vijayawada, 279 kilometres (173 mi) from Hyderabad and 80 kilometres (50 mi) from Khammam and 81 kilometres (50 mi) from Eluru& 54 kilometres (34 mi) from Nuzvid.
