Sayed Muhammad Fazal Agha(born,1946) is a Pakistani politician from Pishin District of Baluchistan province of Pakistan who served as Governor of Baluchistan from 1997-1999.He also served as Deputy Chairman Senate of Pakistan from 1988-1991. from Baluchistan.Sayed Fazal Agha was born in Killi Huramzai, Pishin District. He has political affiliation with Pakistan Muslim League.He participated in the 2008 election and 2013 elections but did not succeeded.
