Sea Form (Atlantic) is a public art work by English artist Barbara Hepworth located at the Lynden Sculpture Garden near Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The bronze abstract has textured surfaces and several round openings with patina; it is installed on the lawn. Other editions of the sculpture are on display at the Dallas Museum of Art and City of Norwich.
