Serrastretta is a town and comune in the province of Catanzaro in the Calabria region of southern Italy.Serrastretta is noted for the production of furniture, kitchens, door-frames, casings and furnishings of every kind. Above all are the famous woven-straw chairs, for which Serrastretta is considered to be one of the main Calabrese producers.
