Seth Doane is an American television journalist, currently working for CBS News.Doane, the son of former Massachusetts Republican State Senator Paul Doane, was born and raised in Harwich, Massachusetts, on Cape Cod. He graduated from Harwich High School in 1996 and then went on to the University of Southern California Annenberg School for Communication in 2000, and was hired by WNYW, New York City's Fox affiliate, as a field producer.
