Shankudeb Panda (born 31 July 1982) is State General Secretary of Trinamool Congress, a political party in India. Before joining Trinamool Congress, he worked as a Journalist of NE Bangla. He stung Ilyias in 2008, the then CPI MLA, catching Ilyias taking bribe on camera.he is now the General Secretary of West Bengal State Trinamool Congress.Panda was born in Contai, Midnapur.
