Sidalcea ranunculacea is a species of flowering plant in the mallow family known by the common name marsh checkerbloom. The plant is endemic to California, where it is known only from the southernmost Sierra Nevada foothills, and especially in the Greenhorn Mountains in Kern County. It grows in moist areas, such as wet meadows and streambanks.
