Stellúm Sotelo (Sephardic-Mexican born in Tijuana on December 1, 1989), also known as Sotelúm, is a mod independent music artist, listed by UABC Radio and other local press media as a very elemental post-nortec visionary in the Mexican avant garde of electronic music.
