Stephen Owen, PC, QC, (born September 8, 1948) was the Vice-President of External, Legal and Community Relations for the University of British Columbia. He is a former Canadian politician.Owen was the Member of Parliament for the electoral district of Vancouver Quadra, encompassing the western end of the City of Vancouver.
