Steve Linde is the editor-in-chief of The Jerusalem Post newspaper.Linde was born in Harare, Zimbabwe, on April 23, 1960, and raised in Durban, South Africa. As a 15-year-old, Linde attended a four-month ulpan experience based at Jerusalem’s Kiryat Moriah, which he said "cemented my love of Israel forever." He immigrated to Israel in 1987 and served in the IDF Artillery Corps. Linde earned a bachelor's degree in journalism and media studies from Rhodes University.
