Stephen Ernest "Steve" Stockman (born November 14, 1956) is an American politician and member of the Republican Party who was the United States Representative for Texas's 36th congressional district. Stockman previously served as the U.S. Representative for Texas's 9th congressional district from 1995 to 1997 and as the U.S. Representative for Texas's 36th congressional district from 2013 to 2015.
