Dissanayake Mudiyanselage Sugath Chandrasiri Bandara (Sinhalese: දිසානායක මුදියන්සේලාගේ සුගත් චන්ද්‍රසිරි බණ්ඩාර; died 3 February 2009) was a Sri Lanka Army soldier. He served with the army's elite Special Forces Regiment during Eelam War IV, the final stage of the Sri Lankan Civil War.
