Chalapathi Rao (Telugu: చలపతిరావు ) is a Tollywood character actor known for comedy and villainous roles. He was born on May 8, 1944 in Barripalem, Guntur district, Andhra Pradesh. He has acted in different roles in 1200 films.His son Ravi Babu is also an actor, director and producer in Tollywood.
