Tanza, formerly known as Santa Cruz de Malabon, is a municipality in the province of Cavite, Philippines. According to the 2010 census, it has a population of 188,755 people in a land area of 78.24 square kilometres (30.21 sq mi) with a first-class income classification.Tanza was awarded the "Seal of Good Housekeeping" by the Department of Interior and Local Government in 2011 and 2012.
