Tapps is a Canadian Euro disco/Hi-NRG musical group formed in Toronto in 1983.Barbara Doust is a Canadian singer and songwriter. She was the original lead vocalist for Tapps, one of Canada’s Eurodance/Hi-NRG recording acts. Doust’s voice graces all of Tapps’ early recordings, including the single "My Forbidden Lover".Doust also recorded the original "Burning with Fire", which she co-wrote with producer Bob Rudd not Vincent Degiorgio as written in the previous report.
