A tax haven is a state, country, or territory where, on a national level, certain taxes are levied at a very low rate or not at all.It also refers to countries which have a system of financial secrecy in place. It should be noted that, financial secrecy can be used by foreign individuals to circumvent certain taxes (such as inheritance tax on money, and income tax of the interest on the money you have on your bank account).
