TechExcel ServiceWise is a configurable and scalable software suite for help desk management and IT service management. It is a product of TechExcel, founded in 1995 and headquartered in Lafayette, California. It is currently used by around 1,500 customers including Fujitsu, First American Corporation, Premier Incorporated, and Sanmina Corporation. It was originally released in 1997 for the Microsoft Windows operating system. The current stable release (March 2014) version is 9.3.
