Tha Chill (born Vernon Johnson in Compton, California 1970) is a co-founder of the Compton based hip hop group, Compton's Most Wanted, along with frontman MC Eiht. During his childhood, Chill dropped out of highschool and hooked up with neighbourhood friend MC Eiht, to form the group. Chill has also produced several albums, including The Hard Way released in 2004 by the Long Beach based supergroup, 213.
