The Descent Part 2 is a 2009 British adventure horror film and a sequel to the 2005 horror film The Descent. Shot in London and Surrey, the film was released in cinemas in the UK on 2 December 2009 and on DVD on 27 April 2010 in the US. The film was produced by Christian Colson and Ivana MacKinnon, with Neil Marshall, the writer and director of the original, as an executive producer.
