The One Show is a topical magazine-style daily television programme broadcast live on BBC One and BBC One HD on weekdays. The programme is currently hosted by Alex Jones and Matt Baker.It runs every weeknight of the year starting at 7pm, excluding a two-week break for Christmas and a four-week break in the summer, when it is replaced by highlights show The One Show: Best of British presented by Matt Allwright and Lucy Siegle.
