Things are Tough All Over (1982) is the fourth Cheech and Chong movie. Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong are featured as the two hippies, and additionally as Arab businessmen Mr. Slyman and Prince Habib. The film grossed $21,134,374 at the box office, and is available on DVD, with widescreen and fullscreen versions of the film on the same disc.
