Thomas Poon is a professor of chemistry at W. M. Keck Science Department and is a faculty member of Pitzer College in Claremont, California. He currently is serving a one year term as the Acting President of Pitzer College. He previously served as the Acting President of Pitzer College during the Fall 2014 semester, while then-President Laura Skandera Trombley fulfilled a semester-long sabbatical.
