Those Who Do Not is an album released in 1984 by English experimental video art and music group Psychic TV. It is a double 12” vinyl release that was produced by Icelandic label Gramm Records, containing 10 songs. Two cover designs were released, one with a red title and one in black, with production limited to 5,000 copies of each.The album features recordings from a live performance in Reykjavík, Iceland in November 1983. It includes recordings by Sveinbjörn Beinteinsson.
