Tiffany "Pennsatucky" Doggett is a fictional character played by Taryn Manning on the Netflix series Orange Is the New Black. In the first season, Doggett was an antagonist to the series' main character Piper Chapman but her role changes in later seasons. Her story lines deal with her Christianity and her experiences of rape.
