Thomas Edward Arth (born May 11, 1981) is a former American football quarterback and the current head coach of the John Carroll University Blue Streaks.He attended Saint Ignatius High School in Cleveland, Ohio and John Carroll University. At John Carroll he started for 4 years and broke numerous school passing records and became an NCAA Division III All-American.
