Tom Rand (born in Canada, 1967) is a Canadian climate change expert cleantech venture capitalist, lead cleantech advisor at the MaRS Discovery District in Toronto, managing partner of the privately backed ArcTern Ventures and sits on the board of a number of clean energy companies and organizations including Environmental Defence and Cape Farewell.
