Tommy Smart (20 September 1896 – 10 June 1968) was an English footballer who played as a full back for Aston Villa. He made five appearance for England at international level, and also played for the Football League XI.Smart was born in Blackheath, which was then in Staffordshire. He had four brothers and four sisters.
