James Anthony Goolsby, known as Tony Goolsby (born November 9, 1933), is a businessman in Dallas, Texas, who was from 1993 to 2009 a Republican member of the Texas House of Representatives from District 102 in northeastern Dallas County. In two earlier terms from 1989 to 1993, he represented District 114, also in Dallas County.
