Richard Neale "Tuff" Hedeman (born March 2, 1963 in El Paso, Texas) is an American retired three-time PRCA World Champion bull rider, as well as the 1995 Professional Bull Riders (PBR) World Champion, and is the ambassador of Championship Bull Riding (CBR).Previously, Hedeman was the president of the PBR, and is known for having been one of Lane Frost's closest friends. He is of Swedish descent on his father's side.
