UCLA Health System is the overarching administrative structure which governs the UCLA hospitals. The governance structure includes a hospital board made up of community members without any official function serving in an advisory capacity; the Community Engagement Committee that is made up of faculty and staff and reports to the Vice Chancellor, Health Sciences. In addition there is a UCLA Health Sustainability Steering Committee.
