Val Hoyle (born 1964) is a Democratic member of the Oregon House of Representatives representing District 14, which includes West Eugene, Junction City, Cheshire, and Alvadore. She was appointed to the House in August 2009 and has been twice re-elected to serve full terms, in November 2010 and November 2012. She currently serves as House Democratic Majority Leader and Chair of the House Committee on Rules.
