Valery Vasilievich Radaev (Russian: Валерий Васильевич Радаев), — Russian state personality, speaker and chairman of Duma of Saratov Oblast from December 2007 until April 2012. From April 5, 2012 he is the acting Governor of Saratov Oblast. He replaced Governor Pavel Ipatov who has resigned on March 23, 2012 according to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation.
