Veandercross (14 October 1988 – 18 October 2014) was a New Zealand-bred Thoroughbred gelding who won 14 stakes races, (including eight Group one), and was chosen Australian Champion Racehorse of the Year for the 1992–93 season.Veandercross was a brown, rangy gelding bred by Dr Bill Luey at Lower Hutt not far from the Trentham Racecourse.
