Jose Mari Victor Silayan or simply Victor Silayan, (born 6 August 1992) is a Filipino actor and a TV commercial model. He is the grandson of the late veteran actor Vic Silayan and the nephew of the late beauty queen turned actress, Chat Silayan. He is also a Bench underwear endorser, a Regal baby and one of TV5's Primetime Prince's.
