Virgil LeVan Seay (born January 1, 1958) is a former American football wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL) for the Washington Redskins and the Atlanta Falcons. He played college football at Troy State University and was drafted in the tenth round of the 1980 NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos. Seay's highlight of his career was winning the Super Bowl with Hall of Fame coach, Joe Gibbs in 1982.
