Vyacheslav Victorovich Volodin (born February 4, 1964) is a Russian politician, currently the first deputy chief of staff of the Presidential Administration of Russia. Vyacheslav Volodin was appointed Deputy Prime Minister and Government Chief of StaffHe was member of the State Duma of the third (1999–2003), fourth (2003–2007) and the fifth sessions (2007–2011).Between February 2, 2007 and October 21, 2010, he was the Deputy of the Chairman of the Russian State Duma in the fifth session.
