W17CF, Channel 17, was a low-powered repeater station operated by the Trinity Broadcasting Network serving Oshkosh.TBN took W17CF silent March 26, 2010 due to declining support, which has been attributed to the digital transition. It returned to the air on April 27, but shut down again on October 5, 2010. W17CF's license was canceled on December 19, 2011 for remaining silent over a year.
