Licensed to Brandon, Florida, USA, it serves the Tampa Bay area.The station started in 1988 by Bruce Micek's Asti Broadcasting using call letters WEND as the flagship station of the Sun Radio Network. The station then broadcast significant blocks of brokered business programming from the Financial Broadcasting Network before being sold to Sonny Bloch's Bloch Broadcasting and call letters changed to WBDN.
