Warren Errol Truss (born 8 October 1948) is the 16th Deputy Prime Minister of Australia and Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development in the Turnbull Government. He is also the federal leader of the National Party of Australia (The Nationals) in the Parliament of Australia, a post he has held since 2007. He has been the member of the House of Representatives for Wide Bay since the 1990 election.
