Robert Webster Kehr (born 7 October 1946 in Jefferson City, Missouri) is an amateur American author and promoter. Claiming since 2002 to be a sort of "cancer researcher (of natural medicine)," he holds a belief in so-called creation science and maintains a website promoting cancer quackery and discouraging cancer patients from seeking medical health care.
