Wes Washpun (born March 26, 1993) is an American college basketball player for Northern Iowa. He has completed his junior season for the Panthers.The son of Troy and Angie Washpun, Wes played basketball at Washington Cedar Rapids High School. Turning down a recruiting offer from Iowa, he decided to attend the University of Tennessee. He chose Tennessee because he developed a relationship with coach Cuonzo Martin. As a freshman, he averaged 0.9 points, 1.3 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 17 games.
