Western Pride Football Club is a football (soccer) club based in Ipswich, Queensland. They participate in the NPL Queensland, which was established in 2012 to replace the Queensland State League. The club was founded in 2012 and represents the Greater Ipswich Region and surrounding Western Corridor, the inaugural chair was Kym Wickstein.Ipswich mayor Paul Pisasale promised in August 2013 to build a 15,000 seat stadium at North Ipswich Oval if a license for the A-league was secured.
